Supportive Therapy

Depression is often isolating, but you do not have to be alone. I know that it may feel hard to get out of bed or do the things you once loved. I am here to help guide you through this time, to shine light in the darkness, and help bring you to the other side. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, and together, you can move through this. I use a mix of healing approaches, such as Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, somatic therapy, and brainspotting, to find what works for you.

Safety Planning

If you have thoughts of suicide or self harm, I am here to help you get to safety.

If you are actively suicidal, please call the suicide hotline at 800-273-8255 and/or go to a local Emergency Room for a psychiatric evaluation.

If you are engaged in self harm and/or are thinking about harming yourself, I will provide a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment. We will work together to create a safety plan that works for you to help establish safety. From there, we will continue our therapy to help you heal and thrive once again.
